About Harold "HP"

Hi, I’m Harold Pendleton, and I’ve been working in real estate here in Tennessee for over 30 years—and I still love it just as much as I did when I started. Real estate has never just been a job to me; it’s been a lifelong passion rooted in hard work, dedication, and helping people.

I come from a big family, so I’ve always understood the value of putting in the work and taking care of the people who matter most. For the past 45 years, I’ve been blessed to share life with my wife, Phyllis, who has worked alongside me throughout my career. Real estate has truly been a family journey for us.

When I’m not helping clients buy or sell their homes, you’ll probably find me out on the golf course. But more than anything, I cherish spending time with the true lights of my life—my three beautiful granddaughters, Alex, Gemma, and Heidi.
