Mallary moved to Johnson City shortly after graduating college during the onset of COVID. She earned her degree in Elementary Education in North Carolina, but chose not to begin her teaching career in a fully online environment during the pandemic. That season ultimately led her toward a profession centered on education, advocacy, and personal connection.

In 2022, Mallary obtained her real estate license and quickly established a strong, client-focused business. Since then, she has consistently grown her practice, doubling the number of families served each year. She credits this growth to her faith, dedication to meaningful relationships, and commitment to guiding clients with honesty and care through major life transitions.

Mallary’s husband serves as a youth minister, and together they share a strong passion for serving families and investing in their community. This heart for service shapes Mallary’s approach to real estate, viewing each transaction not simply as a sale, but as an opportunity to support people during some of the most important decisions of their lives.

In addition to her real estate career, Mallary has worked as a nanny for an attorney and their family for over five years, a role that has strengthened her professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to support clients through busy and demanding seasons.

Outside of work, when she's not showing homes or negotiating contracts, Mallary enjoys staying active and connected to the community through pickleball, volleyball, and Tri-Cities Social Sports.
