About Caylin

I bring an honest and trustworthy approach to real estate that is grounded in 5 years of healthcare experience and a proven commitment to long-term goals. Before entering real estate, I became a physical therapist assistant where I worked in outpatient clinics, long-term acute care hospitals, and skilled nursing facilities, as both a travel and local therapist. 

On a more personal level, I've completed four long-distance thru-hikes, including the Appalachain Trail (2017), the Colorado Trail (2019), the Continental Divide Trail (2023), and the Pacific Crest Trail (2025). Hiking thousands of miles takes more than physical and mental endurance. It requires planning, adaptability, consistency, and the ability to keep moving forward, even when conditions are challenging. The trail is also where I have spent hours listening to audiobooks on real estate, personal development, and adventure (along with simply enjoying the beauty of nature).

These life experiences have helped me develop an incredible ability to listen to others' needs and solve problems. My goal is to make the buying/selling process easier for you with clear explanations, communication, and a dependable follow through.
